Letters from a Loving Father Pt. 3

Cherished Bride,

You have stolen my heart plain and simple with one simple glance of your eyes. I will make a lasting covenant with you a bond that will never be broken. I will betroth you forever in righteousness and justice. I am filled with love and compassion for you. I love you completely and deeply. My creation displays my love for you. A blessed sunrise is a beloved kiss from my lips. The wind dancing through the trees is the song I sing for you. The majesty of the mountains and the majestic blue sky is me hugging you. I will betroth you in faithfulness and you will acknowledge me as the Lover of your Soul. Blessed are those that come to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

Do you trust me? Have I not shown myself true and faithful? I hold your right hand, you belong to me. You can run to me and be safe. Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed. If I am for you who can be against you? Do you think anyone is going to be able to drive a wedge between you and me? I will not let that happen. Not trouble, not hard times, not hatred, not hunger, not homelessness, not bullying threats, not backstabbing, not even the worst sins listed in the Word…none of this phases the love I have and extend to you. Nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable, absolutely nothing can get between you and I. I have embraced you in a loving embrace and I shall never part from you, not even for a second.

Your Bridegroom,
Yahweh

“Yes, the Almighty will be your gold and your precious silver; For then you will have your delight in the Almighty. And lift up your face to God.”
Job 22: 25-26

About Me

My photo
I'm a Christian who loves Christ with all her heart. I love to laugh, I love to cry (sometimes), I love to feel deeply. I want the road bendy & the windows rolled down. I want all the wick & wax gone. I want to live with reckless abandon. I want to have deep, authentic intimacy with others. My hope and prayer is that I will effect & be effected. This journey is my own!
